Community Living was incorporated in 1970 by four people who had a vision about providing much-needed services to adults with developmental disabilities. The philosophy of Community Living is indicative of its name. We strive to provide individualized services to people in a home setting within their community. We have a strong focus on consumer choice, community integration, and active involvement.
Community Living has always had a strong commitment to lifelong service. Residents who moved into our homes in the 70’s are still living with us today. We are also proud of the length of service of our staff. In an industry where staff turnover and retention is challenging Community Living has employees in direct service to the company for 10, 20, and 30+ years!
