Staffing

Experienced staff are available 24 hours per day. Community Living boasts a high level of experience amongst our direct service professionals. Many of our direct service staff have worked for the company for 5, 10, 15, and 20+ years. They have established relationships with our residents and their families and it shows in their commitment to high quality care. We strive to have experienced staff on every shift leading the team. Our staff receive extensive on the job training. All staff are certified in CPR. Many are trained in First Aid, assisting residents with medication administration, behavior modification, communication and therapies.
