  • Company vehicles available at each site.
  • Reimbursement for out of pocket expenses for necessary community integration with the residents including meals, movies, entrance fees, etc.
  • Supervisors, managers and an administrator are who easily accessible if you have questions, ideas or concerns.  You are welcome to stop by at any time during normal office hours.
  • A company full of integrity. We will be upfront in explaining your job duties, schedule, pay & opportunities for increases and policies.
  • Flexibility and support. Make time off requests with proper notice & we find the substitutes for your shifts!  Other options include trading shifts and picking up extra hours; overtime opportunities are sometimes available.
  • Opportunities for promotions and advancement. Most openings are offered to our current employees before we advertise outside of the company.
