Two homes are licensed as Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD). The homes are located in a suburban neighborhood with easy access to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues.
A patio area is shared by the two homes and provides a nice area outdoors for relaxing and engaging in outdoor activities. The grounds allow for outdoor gardening for residents who are interested. Each home has 12 beds, with one home being co-ed and the other all-female. Nurses are on duty 5 to 6 days per week. The homes are shift staffed with awake staff at night.
Cable television is available in the homes and in resident bedrooms. The buildings are one story and have wide hallways and doorways making it easier for individuals with ambulation concerns.
